Laplace Conducted Emissions Measurement System

Conducted emissions are measured in the range of 150KHz – 30MHz for most products.
Options are available for extension down to 9KHz, as required by
EN55015.
Informal ‘quick check’ and investigative tasks can be accomplished using EMI adaptors, which couple the noise signals from the power lines directly to your ‘scope or spectrum analyser.

Equipment required for 150KHz – 30MHz:

A   LISN16A1P LISN.

B   SA1002 EMC analyser.

C   RF910 Pre-selector.

D   P2085 Pre-amplifier.

E   Software for your PC.

For testing 9KHz-30MHz (band A & B) as required by EN55015 (and other) standards:

A   LISN-A-16A1P LISN.

B   SA1002A EMC analyser with band A option fitted.

C   RF915 Pre-selector.

D   P2085 Pre-amplifier.

E   Software for your PC.

Laplace Conducted RF Immunity

Conducted immunity tests are divided into 2 groups:

The test generator SESD 216 simulates electrostatic discharge as defined in the standard IEC / EN 61000-4-2. Depend on the Equipment Under Test (EUT) and the test set-up for laboratory tests the IEC standard shows two test methods.

Air discharge (AIR) and Contact discharge (CON)
