What information do we collect and how do we use it?
How do we protect your information?
When you place orders through the Website for products or services, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us using secure socket layer (SSL) or similar encryption. All of the information we collect and store in our systems from customers is kept in accordance with our policies designed to protect that data against unauthorized access. We implement a variety of security measures designed to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information for any commercial purposes. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided by us, at our sole discretion, to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not provide your personal information to any third party for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.
We may, at our sole discretion, inspect server logs as part of our commitment to security, such as detection of any attempted intrusions into our networks. In the event there is suspected criminal conduct by a visitor, we further reserve the right to share these logs (which will contain the IP addresses of our visitors) with the appropriate authorities, who could utilize such information to trace and identify individuals. Additionally, we may disclose your personal information, without notice, where we are required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us or the Website; (b) protect and defend our rights or property; and (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of us, our customers, Website users, or the public.

Our Website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. No one under the age of thirteen may use the Website unless supervised by a responsible adult.
