   All Floor, Wall and Ceiling Panels with Exclusive Weldnut Steel Framing System

   Dielectric Vapor Barrier and Hardboard Underlayment

   One (1) - 3' 0" x 7' 0" Clear Opening, Type RCM-154, Personnel Door

   One (1) - Single Phase, 2 Conductor, 30 Amp, 50/60 Hz, A.C. Power Filter

   Two (2) - Waveguide Vents (USC-26 ONLY) See below for sizes

   One (1) - 12" x 12" Blank Setup Panel

   One (1) - Brass Ground Stud

Installed by Universal Factory Personnel (Standard)

   Installation by Fully Insured Factory Personnel

   RF Shielding Attenuation Test performed at completion of the installation

   Standard Test Frequencies are 100 MHz, 400 MHz and 1 GHz

   A Certificate of RF Shielding Attenuation performance will be issued by Universal Shielding Corp

   One Year Warranty

Working Supervisor Only Also Available (You provide the Laborers)

   Installation by Fully Insured Factory Working Supervisor and Your Laborers

   RF Shielding Attenuation Test performed at completion of the installation

   Standard Test Frequencies are 100 MHz, 400 MHz and 1 GHz
